摘  要:介绍了催化燃烧法处理喷漆有机废气的流程,分析了影响催化燃烧性能的因素,包括进气浓度、催化温度、空速。实验表明,选择金属钯作为高效催化剂,加热至240℃,设定空速为10000 h^(-1),进气浓度220 mg/L,进气风量2400 m3/h,能够实现有机废气净化处理效率的最大化,在达到预期效果的同时,控制了技术成本,获得了较为理想的应用效果。The study introduces the process of catalytic combustion method in treating spray paint organic exhaust gas;analyzes the influencing factors of catalytic combustion performance,including intake air concentration,catalytic temperature and airspeed.The experiment shows that the efficiency of organic waste gas purification treatment can be maximized through taking metal palladium as the high-performance catalyst,heating to 240℃,setting 10000 h^(-1) as airspeed,220 mg/L as intake air concentration,2400 m3/h as intake air volume,to achieve the maximization of the efficiency of organic waste gas purification,control technology cost while achieving expected effect,and get relatively ideal application effect.
