摘　　要：为了更好地运用铁路铺轨施工方法,充分发挥铁路铺轨技术优势,延长轨道使用寿命,指出了铁路轨道建设管理要求,分析了铁路铺轨的施工方式和特点,铁路铺轨施工难度较大,程序较多,施工材料需求量巨大,需要保证轨排组装与铺设进度同步,做好操作管理。探讨了施工方法与技巧,提出了铁路铺轨的管理要点。人工铺轨要科学完成施工方案设计,遵循安全性和合理性的原则,不断优化施工模式,精准定位中线和道岔,科学开展施工测量和放样工作,在线路两侧布设道桩,在人工配合下使用机械设备来摆放钢轨,严格按照铺设规律及顺序来进行操作。机械铺轨要进行全程监督及管理,创新管理模式,合理管理施工进度,科学完成轨道铺设。应根据现场情况确定施工方法,掌握一定的施工技巧,选择正确的施工模式,不断完善和创新施工方案,以质量和安全为主,做好现场各个环节的全面控制和监督,使铁路铺轨施工效果得到全面提升,保障运行的安全性和稳定性。In order to better apply the construction method of railway track-laying,fully play the technological advantages,and prolong the railway service life,the study points out the requirements of railway construction management;analyzes the construction method and characteristics.There is great difficulty in railway track-laying,the procedure is more,the demand quantity of construction is large.So it is necessary to guarantee the synchronization of the track section assembling with laying process,and do well in operation management.The study explores the construction method and techniques,and proposes the key points of railway track-laying management.In artificial track-laying,it is necessary to scientifically complete construction scheme design,obey the principle of safety and rationality,continuously optimize construction mode,precisely localize median line and turnout,scientifically develop construction measurement and lofting,lay track stake on both sides of the line,place rail through the utilization of mechanical equipment under artificial coordination,and strictly operate according to the laying rule and order.In the process of mechanical track laying,overall supervision and management,innovative management mode,rational management of construction progress,and scientific track laying is necessary.It is suggested to determine construction method according to the site situation,grasp certain construction skills,select correct construction mode,continuously perfect and innovate construction schedule,pay attention to quality and safety,do well in the comprehensive on-site control and supervision of all links,to make the comprehensive promotion of railway track-laying construction effect,and guarantee the safe and stable operation.
