品管圈在提高腔镜手术器械术前清点完成率的效果评价

摘　　要：通过品管圈(QCC)活动,提高腔镜手术器械术前清点完成率。选取2021年1月21日2月19日品管圈活动改善前84例胸腹部位腔镜手术患者为对照组,通过QCC活动,解析影响术前手术器械清点情况的原因、拟定对策、实施改进方法,目标值设定为28.93%;选取2021年4月1日4月30日品管圈活动改善后93例胸腹部位腔镜手术患者为实验组,比较两组手术前后器械清点完成率。结果显示,改善前,术前器械清点未完成率为64.29%,改善后为24.73%,比目标值下降了4.2%,目标达成率为112%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明QCC活动可显著提高腔镜手术器械清点完成率。Through Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities,the preoperative counting completion rate of endoscopic surgical instruments is improved.84 patients under endoscopic thoracic and abdominal surgery before QCC activities from Jan.21 to Feb.19,2021 are regarded as the control group.The study analyzes the influencing factors of preoperative surgical instruments inventory situation,proposes countermeasures,and implements improvement methods through QCC activities.The target value is set as 28.93%.93 patients under endoscopic thoracic and abdominal surgery from Apr.1 to Apr.30,2021 after QCC improvement are selected as the experiment group.The completion rates of instrument counting before and after operation of two groups are compared.The results show that before improvement,the non completion rate of instrument counting before operation is 64.29%,and that is 24.73%after improvement.The target value decreases by 4.2%.The completion rate is 112%.There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).This indicates that QCC activities can significantly improve the completion rate of endoscopic surgical instruments.
