摘　　要：为优化建设工程合同管理,介绍了合同管理风险的基本形式,提出了加强建筑工程合同管理与风险防范控制的措施:培养风险防范意识,完善合同管理制度,加强实效性评价机制的建立,构建可行性风险防范预警机制,强化合同管理力度,建立专门的合同管理机构,选用适合的风险转移方法,增强合同管理人员的专业性,通过提高合同管理的科学性,为建筑企业的稳定发展奠定基础。In order to optimize the management of construction project contracts,the study introduces the basic form of contract management risks;and proposes measures of the risk prevention and control and construction project contract management,i.e.to train risk prevention and control consciousness,perfect contract management system,strengthen the establishment of effectiveness evaluation system,construct the early warning mechanism of feasible risk prevention,intensify contract management,establish special contract management institution,select suitable risk shift method,promote contract management staff’s profession,and play basis for the steady development of construction enterprises through the improvement of the scientificity of contract management.
