摘  要:为了实现新媒体背景下信息传播的高质量发展,提高受众的满意度,根据新媒体的信息传播特性,从受众期望度和受众感知度两方面入手,分析了受众满意度的影响因素。通过相关性分析,验证了受众感知质量、受众感知价值和受众期望度与受众满意度之间的显著相关关系,为提高新媒体信息传播的受众满意度、促进我国新媒体行业发展提供了参考。In order to achieve the high quality development of information transmission under new media background,and improve audience satisfaction,the study analyzes the influencing factors of audience satisfaction according to the information transmission characteristics of new media from two aspects:audience expectation degree and perception.Through correlation analysis,the study verifies the significant correlation between audience perception quality,audience perception value and expectation,and audience satisfaction,to provide reference for the improvement of the audience satisfaction of new media information transmission and the promotion of new media industry development in China.
