摘 要:分别以河泥、海泥为主要原料,采用高温烧结法制备陶粒,研究了河泥/海泥陶粒的重金属浸出情况及对磷的吸附性能,并进行表征分析。结果表明,河泥陶粒与海泥陶粒的重金属浸出浓度小于《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3—2007)中规定的标准值,应用过程中没有重金属析出的风险;在处理含磷模拟水样过程中,河泥陶粒与海泥陶粒最佳投加量均为25 g/L,其吸附磷的过程符合Langmuir单分子等温吸附模型和准一级动力学模型;结合陶粒的表征分析结果推断,河泥/海泥陶粒微孔结构和附着金属成分是影响其磷吸附性能的重要因素,TP吸附前后陶粒主要矿物质成分不变,—OH基团参与了吸附过程。河泥/海泥陶粒的制备成本较低,且具有较好的经济、资源、环境和社会效益。Ceramsites were prepared by high temperature sintering method with river mud or sea mud as the main raw materials.The performances of river mud/sea mud ceramsite,in terms of heavy metal leaching and phosphorus adsorption were studied and characterized.Results demonstrated that the leaching concentrations of heavy metals in river mud ceramsite and sea mud ceramsite were less than“Identification standards for hazardous wastes-identification for extraction toxicity”(GB 5085.3-2007),showing that there was no risk of heavy metal leaching in the process of ceramsites application.In the process of treating phosphorus containing wastewater,the optimum dosage of both river mud ceramsite and sea mud ceramsite was 25 g/L.The phosphorus adsorption process could be described by Langmuir single-molecule isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-first-order kinetic model.The characterization analysis results showed that microporous structure of ceramsite and the attached metal composition were important factors that affecting phosphorus adsorption process.The main mineral components of ceramsite were unchanged after TP adsorption,and—OH group participated in the adsorption process.The cost of preparing river mud/sea mud ceramsite was low,and it was beneficial to economy,resources,environment and society.
