国内含油污泥处理管控标准现状及比较研究

摘　　要：为了更好地管控含油污泥,分析了国家、行业、地方3个层面含油污泥处理管控标准现状,比较了各类标准适用范围、含油量及其他重金属和有机污染物排放限值差异,指出了国内现行标准存在污染物控制指标、限值、检测方法、“油”的含义不一致等问题,并提出了完善标准的建议。In order to manage and control the oily sludge,this paper analyzed the status quo of oily sludge treatment management and control standards at the national,industrial and local levels,and compared the scope of application of various standards,the difference in oil content and the discharge limits of other heavy metals and organic pollutants.The problems of inconsistency in pollutant control indicators,limit values,detection methods,and the meaning of“oil”in the current domestic standards were discussed,and suggestions for improving the standards were put forward.
