摘  要:随着热核聚变实验堆(ITER)研究进展与日本福岛事件的发生,联合电解催化交换工艺应用于水氢同位素分离领域的应用越来越普遍。催化交换塔为联合电解催化交换工艺重要工艺装置,塔内部需要填装亲水不锈钢Dixon高效填料。针对Dixon填料的亲水化处理工艺进行了实验研究和分析。实验过程中采用TOC、SEM、称重等分析方法对填料性能处理进行了分析表征,最终确定了不锈钢Dixon填料亲水化处理工艺,为工程化应用提供依据。With the development of the thermonuclear fusion experimental reactor(ITER)and the occurrence of Fukushima incident in Japan,the application of combined electrolytic catalytic exchange process in the field of water and hydrogen isotope separation is becoming more and more popular.The catalytic exchange tower is an important process unit of the combined electrolytic catalytic exchange process.The interior of the tower needs to be filled with hydrophilic stainless steel Dixon high-efficiency packing.The hydrophilic treatment process of Dixon filler is studied and analyzed.During the experiment,the performance treatment of Dixon filler is analyzed and characterized by TOC,SEM and weighing.Finally,the hydrophilic treatment process of stainless steel Dixon filler is determined,which provides a basis for engineering application.
