摘  要:在煤制乙二醇污水处理中,生物流化床A/O技术彻底解决了传统污水处理成本高、易污染的缺点。具有微生物浓度高、容积和污泥负荷高、污水处理效果好等特点。对三相生物流化床内部的污泥情况、流化床对煤制乙二醇污水的处理效果和水的质量对流化床的影响开展了深入研究。依靠pH值、COD、氨氮和总氮的分析结果,在现场采样进行了详细分析。实验得出:pH值为7.01~8.0,COD低于30 mg/L,氨氮含量低于8.01 mg/L,总氮量低于20.01mg/L,总磷量低于0.21 mg/L条件下A/O技术处理废水效果好。Biofluidized bed A/O technology completely solves the disadvantages of high cost and easy pollution of traditional wastewater treatment.It has the characteristics of high microbial concentration,high volume and sludge load and good sewage treatment effect.The sludge inside the three-phase biological fluidized bed,the treatment effect of fluidized bed on coal-to-ethylene glycol wastewater and the influence of water quality on fluidized bed are studied in depth.Based on the analysis results of pH value,COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,detailed analysis is carried out in field sampling.The results show that under the conditions of pH value 7.01~8.0,COD less than 30 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen less than 8.01 mg/L,total nitrogen less than 20.01 mg/L,total phosphorus less than 0.21 mg/L,A/O technology is effective in treating wastewater.
