摘　　要：实景三维中国是全国统一标准的空间基底。空间地理信息产品具有独立实体化、真三维表达、语义融合、全空间描述、融合新技术等特点,主要服务于国家治理体系与政府职能转变,更好地满足人们的日常需求,助推各行各业的发展,促进测绘地理信息行业更快、更好地发展。从黑龙江测绘地理信息行业的角度考虑,建设实景三维中国,需要明确任务,发挥优势;分类指导,加强培训;探索规范,创建标准;边建边用,服务发展;各项技术全面融合。Real 3D China is the base layer of the national unified standard of space.The spatial geographic information products have the characteristics of independent materialization,true 3D expression,semantic fusion,full spatial description,and new technology integration.It mainly serves the transformation of the national governance system and government functions,better meets people's daily needs,promotes the development of all walks of life,and promotes the surveying,mapping and geographic information industry to move towards a higher level.From the perspective of the surveying,mapping and geographic information industry in Heilongjiang,to build a real 3D China,it is necessary to clarify the tasks and give full play to the advantages;classify and guide,strengthen training;explore norms and create standards.
