摘 要:预制构件的精细化生产和精准化拼装是装配式桥梁工程中的关键环节。本文利用已浇筑梁段的控制点坐标,研究建立了基于Helmert相似变换的坐标转换模型,从而精确计算出梁段匹配位置,从而进行下一梁段预制。与传统平面四参数转换方法相比,该方法避免了线性化引起的精度损失,理论上更加严密可靠,且更易于编程计算。最后,通过实测算例进行算法验证,结果表明:特征点的坐标转换残差均值在1 mm左右,证明了本文采用的平面坐标转换方法有效,将其应用于桥梁预制构件拼装过程可行。The refined production and precise assembly of prefabricated components are key links in prefabricated bridge engineering.This paper uses the coordinates of the control points of the cast beams to study and establish a coordinate transformation model based on Helmert similarity transformation,to accurately calculate the matching positions of the beams,and then prefabricate the next beam.Compared with the traditional plane four-parameter conversion method,this method eliminates the loss of precision caused by linearization,and is theoretically more rigorous and reliable,and easier to program and calculate.Finally,the algorithm is verified by actual measurement examples,and the results show that the average value of the coordinate conversion residuals of the characteristic points is about 1 mm,which proves the effectiveness of the plane coordinate conversion method used in this paper and the feasibility of its application in the assembly process of bridge precast components.
