摘 要:新疆某铜矿是多年开采的矿山,矿山开采采矿方法为分段凿岩阶段空场采矿法和全面采矿法,在开采过程中形成了一定规模的采空区,给未来生产造成了较大的安全隐患。为了消除或减小采空区对矿山安全开采的危害,针对采空区存在的现状,本文通过采空区调查、工程地质调查及采空区采场稳定性研究、采空区缓冲层厚度研究、安全对策措施研究等,提出了“充、崩、封”相结合的采空区治理方案以及常规地压与单通道声发射相结合的地压监测方案。为矿山的采空区治理和安全有序生产提供决策依据和技术保障,也可为类似条件矿山的采空区治理提供一定的借鉴。A copper mine in Xinjiang has been mined for many years,the mining methods are sublevel drilling stage open stope mining and comprehensive mining,a certain scale of goaf has been formed in the mining process,which has caused great potential safety hazards to future production.In order to eliminate or reduce the harm of goaf to mine safety,aiming at the current situation of goaf,through goaf investigation,engineering geological investigation,goaf stope stability research,goaf buffer layer thickness research,safety countermeasures research and so on,this paper puts forward a goaf treatment scheme combining“filling,collapse and sealing”and the ground pressure monitoring scheme combining conventional ground pressure and single channel acoustic emission.It can provide decision-making basis and technical guarantee for mine goaf governance and safe and orderly production,and can also provide some reference for mine goaf governance under similar conditions.
