摘  要:为解决枣园煤业22071顺拉综放工作面中间巷动压影响范围内巷道压力集中、维护困难等问题,矿井采用工程实践对比分析的方法对中间巷动压影响范围内围岩控制技术进行探索和优化。结果表明:采用锚网索主动支护超前替棚配合超前液压支架联合支护技术可有效降低中间巷动压影响范围内围岩变形速率,相对比π型钢梁配合单体柱被动支护,围岩变形速率由150 mm/d降低到40 mm/d,减少巷道维护工程量近三分之二,满足了矿井安全高效生产的需要。In order to solve the problems of roadway pressure concentration and maintenance difficulty within the influence range of dynamic pressure in the middle roadway of 22071 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Zaoyuan Coal Industry,the mine adopts the method of comparative analysis of engineering practice to explore and optimize the surrounding rock control technology within the influence range of dynamic pressure in the middle roadway.The results show that the combined support technology of bolt,mesh and cable active support and advanced shed replacement combined with advanced hydraulic support can effectively reduce the deformation rate of surrounding rock within the influence range of dynamic pressure of the middle roadway.Compared withπsteel beam combined with single column passive support,the deformation rate of surrounding rock is reduced from 150 mm/d to 40mm/d,and the amount of roadway maintenance is reduced by nearly two-thirds,which meets the needs of safe and efficient production of the mine.
