摘 要:合理的废石尾砂胶结充填采场间柱尺寸是保障回采安全和维护地表稳定的重要设计参数之一。采用理论分析,提出了适用于杏山铁矿端部矿体废石胶结充填采场间柱尺寸设计方法和经验值;采用数值模拟分析方法,分析了既有回采顺序条件下采场间柱稳定性,验证了理论分析结果的合理性。研究结果表明,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方式,共同开展废石充填回采间柱尺寸优化设计方法是合理可行的;基于杏山铁矿端部矿体工程现状,设计的6.0 m废石充填回采间柱的尺寸在技术和安全层面,能够满足实际需求,为同类矿山的矿柱参数优化设计提供了有益借鉴。Reasonable pillar size of waste rock filling stope is one of the important design parameters to guarantee mining safety and maintain surface stability.Based on theoretical analysis,the dimension design method and experience value for waste rock cemented filling of ore body at the end of Xingshan Iron Mine are put forward.The stability of pillars under the existing stope sequence is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the rationality of the theoretical analysis results is verified.The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to adopt the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to carry out the optimization design of the size of the waste rock filling stope.Based on the engineering status of the ore body at the end of Xingshan Iron Mine,the size of the 6.0m waste rock filling pillars designed can meet the actual demand in terms of technology and safety,providing a beneficial reference for the optimization design of pillar parameters in similar mines.
