摘  要:针对巴基斯坦杜达铅锌矿充填系统运行存在的问题,围绕戈壁集料含土量增大和供应不足的矛盾,以充填体强度满足采矿工艺要求为基本条件,以进一步降低充填成本作为优化方向,分别开展了添加粉煤灰、废石破碎料替代戈壁集料、增加尾砂使用量以及低灰砂比实验。实验结果表明,废石破碎料替代戈壁集料可满足充填强度要求;添加粉煤灰和降低灰砂比在特定条件的采场可用,可降低充填成本;增加尾砂使用量的同时通过添加外加剂以及微细矿渣粉替代部分水泥的方式可满足充填强度要求。综合杜达铅锌矿现场的实际情况,采用提高尾砂用量并添加外加剂的方式为充填料配比优化的最佳方案。In view of the problems existing in the operation of the filling system of Duda Lead Zinc Mine in Pakistan,focusing on the contradiction between the increase of soil content and insufficient supply of gobi aggregate,taking the strength of the filling body to meet the requirements of mining technology as the basic condition and further reducing the filling cost as the optimization direction,the experiments of adding fly ash and waste rock crushing materials to replace gobi aggregate,increasing the use of tailings and low ash sand ratio are carried out respectively.The experimental results show that the waste rock crushing material can meet the filling strength requirements instead of gobi aggregate.Adding fly ash and reducing the ash sand ratio can be used in the stope under specific conditions,which can reduce the filling cost.While increasing the amount of tailings,the filling strength requirements can be met by adding admixtures and micro slag powder instead of some cement.Based on the actual situation of Duda Lead Zinc Mine,the best scheme for the optimization of filler ratio is to increase the amount of tailings and add additives.
