摘  要:某金矿生产流程中存在大量矿泥,矿泥进入主浮选流程会影响浮选产品品位和金的回收率。对样品进行粒度分析和金属分布率分析发现,矿泥中-400目含量为96.23%,属微细粒矿物,该粒级中金的占有率达到了96.75%。试验中,采用水玻璃对矿泥进行抑制,用捕金灵与丁铵黑药为捕收剂进行浮选,获得了产率为2.38%,品位为32.55 g/t,回收率为68.79%的金精矿,尾矿中金品位为0.36 g/t。There is a large amount of slime in the production process of a gold mine.Mixing this part of slime into the main flotation process will greatly affect the grade of flotation products and the recovery of gold.Through the particle size analysis and metal distribution analysis of the samples,it is found that the content of-400 mesh in the slime is 96.23%,which is a micro fine-grained mineral,and the distribution rate of gold in this particle size reaches 96.75%.In the test,water glass is used to suppress the slime,and Bujinling and ammonium butyrate black are used as collectors for flotation.A gold concentrate with a yield of 2.38%,a grade of 32.55 g/t and a recovery of 68.79%is obtained,and the gold grade in the tailings is 0.36g/t.
