摘　　要：针对河南某低品位难选滑石型钼矿,通过预先脱泥的工艺,将部分泥化滑石脱除再进行浮选,在原矿样钼品位为0.102%、滑石含量15.21%的条件下,经过两段预先脱泥,一段粗选三段粗扫选,五段精选三段精扫选,全流程闭路试验可获得钼精矿品位45.13%、钼回收率为74.96%的优良指标。For a low-grade and refractory talc type molybdenum ore in Henan Province,part of the argillized talc is removed through the pre-desliming process,and then flotation is carried out.Under the condition that the molybdenum grade of the raw ore sample is 0.102%and the talc content is 15.21%,through two-stage pre desliming,one-stage rough separation,three-stage rough scavenging,five-stage fine separation and three-stage fine scavenging,the excellent indexes of molybdenum concentrate grade of 45.13%and molybdenum recovery rate of 74.96%can be obtained through the whole process closed-circuit test.
