摘 要:各省通信管理局大力推进城市电信基础设施建设,持续提升资源共建共享水平,完善共建共享共维机制,对越来越多的管理业务推行了信息化管理。本文主要结合黑龙江省电信基础设施共建共享业务与通信基础设施建设的实际管理需求,设计了一套针对通信基础设施建设与共建共享业务综合管理的信息系统,系统实现电信基础设施共建共享业务全流程处理,借助空间地理信息技术实现通信基础设施在地图上的直观分布和辅助分析,并通过信息化平台的模式提供服务,实现对省级通信基础设施的有效管理,强化统筹、集约建设和存量资源共享。The provincial communication administration has vigorously promoted the construction of urban communication infrastructure, continuously improved the level of resource co-construction and sharing, improved the mechanism of co-construction, sharing and maintenance, and implemented information management for more and more businesses management. Therefore, combined with the actual management requirements of communication co-construction and sharing business and infrastructure construction of communication infrastructure in Heilongjiang province, this paper designs a set of information system for communication infrastructure construction and business management. Based on the actual needs of telecom enterprises in co-construction and sharing management, the system realizes the intuitive distribution and auxiliary analysis of communication infrastructure on the map with the help of spatial geographic information technology, and provides services through the mode of information platform, realizes the effective management of communication infrastructure in Heilongjiang province, and strengthens the overall and intensive construction and stock resource sharing.
