摘 要:土地是我国农业的根本,近年来中央一号文件一直在强调推进农业现代化,推动新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展。农用地的质量、数量、利用情况及其地理位置分布是构成农业信息化的基础。针对农用地信息的动态采集和实时跟踪管理是农业布局规划实施评估的重要手段。为响应国家对于加强农业现代化、打赢脱贫攻坚战的要求,提高农用地管理水平,结合喀什地区农用地数据、管理现状,开展该地区农用地管理平台建设探索。Land is the foundation of China’s agriculture. In recent years, the No.1 central document has been emphasizing the promotion of agricultural modernization and the simultaneous development of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization. The quality, quantity, utilization and geographical distribution of agricultural land constitute the basis of agricultural informatization. The dynamic collection and real-time tracking management of agricultural land information are important means for the implementation and evaluation of agricultural layout planning. In response to the country’s requirements for strengthening agricultural modernization and winning the battle against poverty, improving the management level of agricultural land, combined with the data and management status of agricultural land in Kashgar, it explores the construction of agricultural land management platform in Kashgar.
