摘  要:高铁站区是随着高铁修建出现的新的城市功能区,对城市用地具有明显影响。选取我国25个中心城市(直辖市、省会和首府)的高铁站区为研究对象,构建评价指标体系,利用综合评价度模型对高铁站区土地集约利用水平评价,结果表明:1)我国多数高铁站区土地利用集约度一般,土地集约利用潜力巨大。2)高度和较高集约利用高铁站区主要分布在东部城市,一般和不集约高铁站区则多分布在中西部城市。3)南方和北方高铁站区土地集约利用度相当,而东部的高铁站区土地集约利用度显著高于中西部,差异大。4)直辖市高铁站区多数指标高于省会(首府)城市,土地利用集约更显著。最后针对一些高铁站区土地集约利用程度较低的情形,提出土地集约利用程度提升的建议:1)提升高铁站区与城区目的地之间的便捷性。2)加强高铁站区的长途汽车中转便捷度。3)增强社会车辆在高铁站区停车的便利性。4)适时提高高铁站区的站台与到发线密度。5)增强高铁站区的列车进出车次密度。High-speed railway station areas(HRSA) are new kind of urban function areas with the construction of high-speed railway in China, which have obvious effects on urban land use. In this paper, 25 HRSA of central cities are taken as the research objects and the evaluation of their land intensive use has been carried out by comprehensive evaluation model based on the index system, which is consist of 8 indexes including of compactness and so on. The results show that:(1) The degree to land intensive use of most HRSA is ordinary and their potency of land intensive use is very large;(2)High-intensive and Higher-intensive HRSA are primarily located in eastern cities. Most of Ordinary-intensive and Non-intensive HRSA lie in middle-western cities.(3)There is little difference of the degree to land intensive use of HRSA between northern cities and southern cities, but there is large difference between eastern cities and middle-western cities. Land use of HRSA in eastern cities is much more intensive than that in middle-western cities.(4)In general, most evaluation indexes of HRSA in municipalities are better than that in provincial capital cities, so land intensive use of HRSA in municipalities is notable. Finally, the proposals of increasing land intensive use of HRSA are put forward according to some lower degree of land intensive use. The transportation convenience between the urban districts and HRSA should be advanced, and the transfering convenience of high-speed trains and long-distance buses also should be raised. The parking space for passengers’ cars in some HRSA should be enlarged. The dense of platforms and lines of HRSA will be enlarged when reconstruction of HRSA happened. The arriving-departure trains in HRSA should be increased in order to strengthen the land intensive use of HRSA.
