摘　　要：随着白色污染问题日益严峻,发展绿色塑料正在成为全球潮流,也正成为新一轮石化产业转型发展重点,更是下一轮产业竞争焦点。废塑料物理或化学循环逐渐成为各国及各大公司关注的重点。物理循环的优点是门槛低、塑料全生命周期减碳效果好,是目前各国发展主流;化学循环具有处理范围广、再生料品质高等优势,正在成为各国以及各大石油化工巨头争相研发的技术。但废塑料循环同样存在回收系统复杂、居民垃圾分类意识淡漠、易回收设计产品成本较高等问题。因此培育龙头企业、加大该领域减税力度、将减碳额归属塑料循环企业等措施将更有利于产业发展,废塑料循环极有可能成为白色污染的“终结者”。Due to the increasingly serious global white pollution,the development of green plastics has led to a global trend,which has also become the focus of a new round of petrochemical industrial transformation and development,as well as the next round of the industrial competition further.The physical or chemical recycling of waste plastics has gradually received growing attention from various countries as a consequence.Lower thresholds and better carbon reduction effect through the plastic life cycle have made the physical recycling a currently mainstream development around the world,while a broader processing range of plastics and a higher recycling quality of materials have made the chemical recycling a popular technology in many countries and major petrochemical giants.However,waste plastic recycling also has problems such as complex recycling systems,indifference of residents'awareness of garbage classification,and high cost of products designed for easy recycling.Therefore,measures such as cultivating leading companies,increasing tax reduction in this field,and assigning carbon reduction to plastic recycling companies will be more effective and good for the development of plastic industry.Overall,the waste plastic recycling possesses have a high potential to be the"terminator"of white pollution.
