摘  要:由于常压焦化装置加热炉燃料消耗占装置能耗比例较大,随着装置运行周期的增加,部分加热炉辐射炉膛温度升高,综合热效率下降;通过烟囱排入空气中的烟气温度逐步升高,造成大量能源浪费。该文阐述了大检修期间对三台加热炉衬里内壁喷涂高温反辐射涂料、炉管喷金丝银强化吸收纳米涂料后,炉外壁温度下降15℃,辐射炉膛温度下降30℃,散热损失减少,加热炉热效率提高1%以上。As the fuel consumption of the heating furnace in the atmospheric coking unit accounted for a large proportion of the total energy consumption in the unit,with the extension of the operation cycle,the temperature of radiation chamber in the heating furnace rose,resulting in the decline of the comprehensive thermal efficiency.The temperature of the flue gas discharged into the air through the chimney also increased gradually,which also caused a large amount of energy waste.This paper focuses on the application of high-temperature anti-radiation coating to the inner wall of three furnace linings during the overhaul of the atmospheric coking unit,and after the furnace tube was sprayed with the reinforced-absorption nano-coating for filigree furnace tube,the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace decreased by 15℃,the radiation furnace temperature decreased by 30℃,the heat loss decreased,and the heat efficiency of the furnace increased by more than 1%.
