摘 要:碳二加氢反应器(以下简称“反应器”)是乙烯装置的重要单元,其作用是将系统脱乙烷塔塔顶碳二组分中的乙炔进行加氢反应。在以某炼化企业为代表的顺序分离流程中,碳二组分通过使用乙炔加氢固定床反应器进行后加氢脱炔工艺。此反应器在投用过程中受到入口物料温度、床层温升、物料流量、反应器及后路压力等多变量因素干扰,该文结合此炼化企业100万吨/年乙烯装置实际生产经验,通过分析各变量对加氢反应的影响,优化乙炔加氢固定床反应器在开工过程中对加氢反应过程的控制、调整及优化运行,以保障乙烯装置快速开工成功。The C_(2) hydrogenation reactor is an important unit of ethylene plant.Its function is to hydrogenate the acetylene in C_(2) from the top of deethanizer.In the sequential separation process represented by a refining and chemical company,the C_(2) component is post-hydrodeacetylated by using acetylene hydrogenation fixed-bed reactor.In the process of putting the reactor into operation,it is disturbed by multivariable factors such as inlet material temperature,bed temperature rise,material flow and reactor and rear pressure.Combined with the actual operation experience of the 1 MMt/y ethylene plant in the company,this paper analyzes the influence of various variables on hydrogenation reaction,and optimizes the matters needing attention on how to control,adjust and optimize the operation of acetylene hydrogenation fixed bed reactor during the start-up process,so as to ensure the rapid and successful startup of ethylene plant.
