摘 要:为了以量化方式对核电厂火灾响应与演练能力进行科学有效评价,基于层次分析法与模糊数学相结合的方法,构建了核电厂火灾响应与演练能力评价体系的模糊综合评价模型。通过邀请18位专家对评价指标进行标度法打分,建立各级评价指标的判断矩阵。采用层次分析法対打分结果进行分析并进行一致性检验,得到各项因素的权重值。在此基础上,结合模糊数学的方法建立该体系的模糊综合评价模型。通过对某核电厂模拟发生火灾后启动消防演练的情况进行评价,得到了演练的评价结果,该定量化的评价结果有助于核电厂今卷消防应急演练工作的指导与提升,具有重要的现实指导意义。In order to evaluate the fire response and drill capability of nuclear power plants in a quantitative way scientifically and effectively,the article constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of fire response and drill capability evaluation system of nuclear power plants based on the combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy mathematics.By inviting 18 experts to score the evaluation indexes by the scaling method,the judgment matrix of evaluation indexes at all levels was established.Hierarchical analysis was used to analyze the scoring results and conduct consistency test to obtain the weight values of each factor.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the system is established by combining the methods of fuzzy mathematics.The article obtained the evaluation results of the exercise by evaluating the fire drill initiated after a simulated fire in a nuclear power plant.The quantitative evaluation results are helpful for guiding and improving the future fire emergency drills in nuclear power plants,and have important practical guidance significance.
