摘　　要：住宅商业服务网点用于满足居民生活及商业活动等需求,通常设置在住宅建筑的首层及二层,每个分隔单元建筑面积不大于300 m^(2),大多开设商店、储蓄所、理发店等小型经营性场所,住宅商业服务网点的消防安全不容忽视。当前在居民住宅区的消防管理中,商业服务网点具有火灾隐患存量大、整改难度大等问题,一旦引发火灾,不仅会对居民的财产造成损害,还会威胁群众的生命安全。Residential commercial service outlets are used to meet the needs of residents5 living and commercial activities.They are usually located on the first and second floors of residential buildings.The construction area of each separate unit is not more than 300 m^(2).The fire safety of residential and commercial service outlets should not be ignored.In the current fire management of residential areas,commercial service outlets have problems such as a large stock of fire hazards and difficulty in rectification.Once a fire occurs,it will not only cause damage to residents'property,but also threaten the lives of the people.
