摘　　要：目的系统评价中药治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征(Acquiredimmunodeficiency Syndrome,AIDS)患者发热的有效性及安全性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法系统检索中英文数据库中有关中药治疗艾滋病患者发热的随机对照试验(Randomized controlled trial,RCT)。检索时间为各数据库建库至2021年10月。使用Cochrane risk of bias工具评价纳入研究的方法学质量。应用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据统计分析。结果经过筛选,最终纳入4项RCT,共计560名受试者。中药与西医标准治疗对比,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(RR=1.41,95%CI=[1.16,1.72])。2项RCT报道了中药治疗艾滋病发热不良事件。结论中药治疗艾滋病发热较西医标准治疗可能存在优势。由于纳入文献较少,所获结论可靠性较低,建议开展进一步高质量的临床试验来验证该疗效。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine in the treatment offever in patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)to provide a basis for clinical rational medication.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Chinese medicine in the treatment of fever in AIDS patients published from database inception to October 2021 were systematically retrievedin Chinese and English databases.The methodological quality of the included RCTs was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool.Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results After the screening,four RCTswere finally included,with 560 subjects involved.In terms of the total effective rate,Chinese medicine was superior to the control group of western medicine(RR=1.41,95%CI=[1.16,1.72]).Two RCTs reported adverse eventsinChinese medicine treatment of AIDS-related fever.Conclusion Compared with the standard treatment of western medicine,Chinese medicine may be advantageousin treating fever in AIDS patients.Due to the lack of included literature and the low reliability of the conclusion,it is recommended to carry out further high-quality clinical trials to verify the efficacy.
