摘　　要：媒体融合、报纸转型背景下,围绕文献、馆员、读者等要素,拓展思维,通过探析山西省图书馆地方文献报纸管理与利用工作现状,为公共图书馆相关工作实践献策,建议重点从文献融合及服务创新两方面积极探索。In the context of media convergence and newspaper transformation,this paper focuses on the elements of literature,librarians and readers and so on,stretches the mind,analyzes the current situation of management and utilization of local newspaper literature in Shanxi Library,and puts forward suggestions for the practice of public library related work.It is suggested to explore actively from the two aspects of literature convergence and service innovation.
