摘　　要：面向政府提供决策信息服务是地方高校图书馆扩大自身在校内外的影响力,提升服务水平与质量,适应本校向应用型高校转型的重要突破点。S学院图书馆通过在用户信息需求分析、信息源建设、项目储备、工作人员能力建设等方面开展一系列探索与实践,实现了图书馆信息资源与智力资源增值服务落实到位,图书馆社会价值落实到位,以及图书馆社会影响力实质性扩大。Providing decision-making information service for the government is an important breakthrough point for the local university library to expand its influence on campus and in society,to improve the service level and quality,and to adapt to the transformation of the university into application-oriented ones.S University Library has carried out a series of explorations and practices in user information demand analysis,information source construction,project reserve,staff capacity construction and other aspects,realizing that the library information resources and intellectual resources value-added services have been implemented,the social value of libraries has been put into place and the social influence of libraries has been substantially expanded.
