摘 要:为了优化5754铝合金阶梯形圆筒件的多工序冲压,对比分析了第1次拉伸-第2次拉伸-拉伸翻边-整形(冲压工艺A)和第1次拉伸-第2次拉伸-翻边整形(冲压工艺B)两种多工序冲压工艺的成形质量,建立了5754铝合金阶梯形圆筒件冲压-回弹全过程有限元模型,通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。结果表明,冲压工艺A存在翻边圆角小、工序过于繁琐等缺陷,在拉伸翻边和整形工序中的变形超过了材料的伸长率,导致翻边区域易发生开裂。在冲压工艺B的第2次拉伸过程中,筒壁上部改为斜凸缘,减小了翻边整形的变形程度和开裂风险,提高了成形质量,但是需要增加切边工序。通过对比分析冲压工艺A和冲压工艺B可得:在冲压工艺A的第2次拉伸和拉伸翻边过程中的筒壁锥度均发生了大变形,导致开裂。冲压工艺B的第2次拉伸过程避免了筒壁部分的大变形,提前将筒壁上部改为斜凸缘,为后续的翻边整形工序做了准备。冲压工艺B相较于冲压工艺A工序简单,整体变形程度小。因此,冲压工艺B的成形质量优于冲压工艺A。To optimize the multi-process stamping of 5754 aluminum alloy stepped cylinder part,the forming quality of two multi-process stamping processes,which are the first tension-the second tension-tension and flange-shaping(stamping process A)and the first tension-the second tension-flange and shaping(stamping process B),was compared and analyzed.The finite element model of the whole stamping-springback process of 5754 aluminum alloy stepped cylinder part was established,and the reliability of the model was verified by experiments.The research results show that there exist defects of small flanging fillet and cumbersome process in stamping process A,and the deformation in tension and flange process and shaping process exceeds the elongation of material,which results in cracking easily in the flanging area.In the second tension of stamping process B,the upper part of the cylinder wall is changed into an inclined flange,which reduces the deformation degree and crack risk of flange and shaping and improves the forming quality,but the edge cutting process needs to be added.By comparing and analyzing stamping process A and stamping process B,it is obtained that large deformation appears at the wall taper in the second tension and tension and flange process of stamping process A,which results in crack.The second tension process of stamping process B avoids the large deformation of cylinder wall,and changes the upper part of cylinder wall into an inclined flange in advance,which makes preparation for the subsequent flange and shaping process.Compared with stamping process A,stamping process B is simple and the overall deformation is small.Therefore,the forming quality of stamping process B is better than that of stamping process A.
