摘  要:针对冷连轧带钢卷取过程中的塔形缺陷问题,充分考虑了冷连轧及卷取机组的设备及工艺特点,研究了塔形缺陷的形成机理,提出了塔形量与塔形率的新概念,建立了相应的塔形量计算模型,并选择典型规格产品定量分析了夹送辊与转向辊轴线的夹角、卷取层数和卷筒的挠曲变形等因素对塔形的影响。在此基础上给出了冷轧机组卷取过程中形成的塔形缺陷的治理策略,有效地降低了塔形缺陷的发生率,降低了塔形量与塔形率,改善了钢卷的卷取质量,给机组带来了较大的经济效益。In view of the tower defect problems during the coiling process of cold continuous rolled strip steel,the equipment and process characteristics of cold continuous rolling and coiling units were fully considered,and the formation mechanism of tower defects was studied.The new concepts of tower amount and tower ratio were proposed,the corresponding tower amount calculation model was established,and the products with typical specification were selected to quantitatively analyze the influence of angle between pinch roll and steering roll axis,coiling layer and flexural deformation of reel on tower.Based on this,the governance strategy for the tower defects formed during coiling process of cold continuous rolling unit was given.The occurrence rate of tower defects is decreased,the tower amount and tower ratio are reduced,and the coiling quality of steel coil is improved,which brings large economic benefits to the unit.
