摘 要:针对2A14铝合金环件在轧制过程中经常出现的“鱼尾”缺陷,通过有限元模拟的方法研究了直径增长速度、轧制曲线及初始轧制温度对产生“鱼尾”深度的影响规律,并获得了最优工艺方案。继而进行了1∶1生产实验对该最优方案进行验证,所得2A14铝合金环件的“鱼尾”深度与预测值的偏差约为9.39%。通过单向拉伸实验分析了2A14铝合金环件径向、轴向和切向的屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率。所得最优的实验方案为:初始轧制温度取430℃、各阶段直径增长速度分别取3、5、8、1和1 mm·s^(-1),轧制曲线取直线形。Aiming at the‘fishtail’defect that often occurs in the 2A14 aluminum alloy ring part rolling process,the influence law of diameter growth rate,rolling curve and initial rolling temperature on the‘fishtail’depth was studied by finite element simulation method,and the optimal process scheme was obtained.Then the 1∶1 production experiment was carried out to verify the optimal scheme.The deviation between the‘fishtail’depth of 2A14 aluminum alloy ring part and the predicted value is about 9.39%.The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of 2A14 aluminum alloy ring part in radial,axial and tangential directions were analyzed by uniaxial tensile experiments.The optimal experimental scheme is as follows:the initial rolling temperature is 430℃,the diameter growth rate of each stage is 3,5,8,1 and 1 mm·s^(-1),and the rolling curve is straight.
