摘 要:为了研究DP980高强钢的静态和动态拉伸性能,分别进行了室温准静态拉伸实验和高应变速率拉伸实验,并对不同应变速率下的材料力学性能和应变速率敏感性进行了系统性研究。结果表明,在准静态条件下,当应变速率从0.001 s^(-1)增加到0.1 s^(-1)时,材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率变化不明显。而在高应变速率条件下,当应变速率从1156 s^(-1)增加到3721 s^(-1)时,材料的上述力学性能随应变速率的提高而大幅提升。高应变速率下材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率最大可分别达到1002.44 MPa、1321.97 MPa和38.12%,与准静态相比,最大增幅分别为30.51%、23.95%和20.67%,即出现了明显的增强增塑现象。同时,基于实验结果构建了Johnson-Cook本构模型并进行了模型修正。修正后的Johnson-Cook本构模型的可决系数R 2值大于0.95,说明修正后的模型与实验结果的拟合效果更好。To investigate the static and dynamic tensile properties of DP980 high-strength steel,the quasi-static tensile experiments and high strain rate tensile experiments were carried out at room temperature,and the mechanical properties and strain rate sensitivity of materials with different strain rates were systematically investigated.The results show that the change of yield strength,tensile strength and elongation after fracture is not significant when the strain rate increases from 0.001 s^(-1) to 0.1 s^(-1) under quasi-static condition.However,when the strain rate increases from 1156 s^(-1) to 3721 s^(-1) under high strain rate condition,the above mechanical properties of materials increase significantly with the increase of strain rate.The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation after fracture of materials with high strain rate can reach the maximum values of 1002.44 MPa,1321.97 MPa and 38.12%,respectively,and compared with quasi-static,the maximum increase amplitude are 30.51%,23.95%and 20.67%,respectively,that is a significant enhancement phenomenon of strength and plasticity.Meanwhile,the Johnson-Cook constitutive model was constructed based on the experimental results and the model was modified.The decidable coefficient R 2 of the modified Johnson-Cook constitutive model is greater than 0.95,which indicates that the fitting effect of the modified model with the experimental results is better.
