摘 要:依据现行标准《HG/T 2409—1992聚氨酯预聚体中异氰酸酯基含量的测定》,对聚氨酯预聚体中异氰酸酯基含量的测定方法进行了深入的研究和探索,对其测定方法中溶剂的种类选择与用量、增溶剂的种类选择与用量等关键步骤进行了讨论和优化,并形成了一套方法,最终与行业标准方法进行对比,证明了新方法测试结果与《HG/T2409—1992聚氨酯预聚体中异氰酸酯基含量的测定》的测定结果基本一致,且t检验表明,两者无显著性差异。According to the current standard HG/T 2409—1992 Determination of Isocyanate Group Content in Polyurethane Prepolymer,the method for determining the content of isocyanate group in polyurethane prepolymer has been researched and explored deeply.In the determination method,the key steps such as the choice and amount of solvent and solubilizer were discussed and optimized.A set of methods have been formed.Finally,the comparison with the test results of the trade standard method proved that the test result of the new method was basically the same as the determination method of HG/T 2409—1992 Determination of Isocyanate Group Content in Polyurethane Prepolymer,and the t test showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.
