摘  要:粉煤灰在燃煤电厂是一种固体废弃物,本文研究把粉煤灰合成A型分子筛,保护环境、变废为宝,增加了一种粉煤灰资源化处理的方式。采用水热合成法合成A型分子筛,研究了不同原料配比对合成产物的影响,具体从改变硅铝比、钠硅比、氢氧化钠浓度三个方面进行研究,旨在找出不同原料配比下合成A型分子筛的规律,为粉煤灰合成A型分子筛提供参考。Fly ash accumulation in coal-fired power plants is a solid waste.To protect the environment and turn waste into treasure,this paper studies the synthesis of zeolite A from fly ash to increase a way of resource treatment of fly ash.In this paper,type A molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method,and the influence of different raw material ratio on the synthesis product was studied.The research was carried out from three aspects:changing the silicon aluminum ratio,sodium silicon ratio and sodium hydroxide concentration,aiming to find out the synthesis law of type A molecular sieve under different raw material ratio,and provide reference for the synthesis of type A molecular sieve by fly ash.
