摘  要:水体富营养化已成为当今的重大环境问题之一。本次实验针对HJ 636—2012碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外可见分光光度法测定总氮过程中发现,过硫酸钾和氢氧化钠在220 nm波长下有明显干扰,另外实验中过硫酸钾纯度是影响实验空白的重要因素,针对这些不足建立离子色谱法检测水中总氮含量的方法。Water eutrophication has become one of the major environmental problems.In this experiment,during the determination of total nitrogen by HJ 636-2012 alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry,it was found that potassium persulfate and sodium hydroxide had obvious interference at the wavelength of 220 nm.In addition,the purity of potassium persulfate in the experiment was an important factor affecting the experimental blank.In view of these shortcomings,an ion chromatography method was established to detect the content of total nitrogen in water.
