摘  要:首先对气流床煤气化细灰的形成过程和黏附机理进行简要分析,并从物理性质、化学组成两方面分析气流床煤气化细灰黏附特性常见影响因素,然后从物料选择、细灰黏附力测量方法两方面设计湿含量对气流床煤气化细灰黏附特性的影响试验,最后根据试验结果讨论湿含量与气流床煤气化细灰黏附特性的关系。Firstly,the formation process and adhesion mechanism of entrained bed coal gasification fine ash are briefly analyzed,and the common influencing factors of entrained bed coal gasification fine ash adhesion characteristics are analyzed from the two aspects of physical properties and chemical composition.Then,the influence test of moisture content on entrained bed coal gasification fine ash adhesion characteristics is designed from the two aspects of material selection and fine ash adhesion force measurement method.Finally,according to the test results,the relationship between moisture content and adhesion characteristics of entrained flow coal gasification fine ash is discussed.
