摘 要:在气流床气化炉中,粗煤气经洗涤处理后将会产生黑水,经沉淀后形成气化细灰,属于废弃物的一种,目前,行业内尚未对该物质研究出相应的处理方案。在选取3种气化细灰样品后,借助专业设备,完成了对样品理化特性工作。研究结果显示,气化细灰水分相对较高,并且存在热值低的特点,孔隙结构较差,受孔隙结构影响,将会导致其与氧气接触较少,未发生脱碳反应。当前燃烧脱碳技术尚无法满足气化细灰脱碳处理需求,需要行业进一步深入展开研究,实现对新型技术的开发。In the entrained flow gasifier,the crude gas will produce black water after washing,and form gasification fine ash after sedimentation,which belongs to a kind of waste.At present,no corresponding treatment scheme has been developed for this substance in the industry.After selecting three kinds of gasification fine ash samples,the physical and chemical properties of the samples were completed with the help of professional equipment.The results show that the gasification fine ash has relatively high water content,low calorific value and poor pore structure.Affected by the pore structure,it will have less contact with oxygen and no decarburization reaction.It is suggested that the current combustion decarbonization technology can not meet the needs of gasification fine ash decarbonization treatment,and the industry needs to further carry out research to realize the development of new technologies.
