摘 要:为解决选煤厂转载点处粉尘浓度严重超过相关标准所规定的限值,对作业人员、设备以及生产的安全性造成影响的问题,首先,设计选煤厂粉尘浓度测试方式对现场粉尘浓度进行测试,为后续治理方案的实施和优化提供基础;其次,在粉尘治理方案初步设计的基础上,对104下转载点机尾处粉尘浓度治理具体提出相关参数的优化设计。In order to solve the problem that the dust concentration at the transfer point of the coal preparation plant seriously exceeds the limit specified in the relevant standards,which affects the safety of operators,equipment and production.Firstly,the dust concentration test method of the coal preparation plant is designed to test the on-site dust concentration,so as to provide the basis for the implementation and optimization of the follow-up treatment scheme.Secondly,based on the preliminary design of the dust control scheme,the optimization design of the relevant parameters for the dust concentration control at the tail of the 104 transfer point is put forward.
