摘　　要：随着环境污染日益严重,大气污染物排放标准日趋严格化,烟气脱硫成为煤炭等资源清洁利用的关键一环。介绍了钠钙双碱湿法脱硫工艺,对双碱脱硫系统易结垢、碱液再生率低、副产物脱水难等问题进行分析,并结合工厂运行经验提出了改进方案和建议。With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and the increasingly stringent emission standards of air pollutants,flue gas desulfurization has become a key link in the clean utilization of coal and other resources.This paper introduces the sodium calcium double alkali wet desulfurization process,analyzes the problems of easy scaling,low alkali regeneration rate and difficult dehydration of by-products in the double alkali desulfurization system,and puts forward improvement schemes and suggestions based on the plant operation experience.
