煤矸石烧结砖焙烧窑烟气SDS干法脱硫除尘的优化研究

摘  要:煤矸石烧结砖焙烧窑窑尾排烟温度在190℃~230℃,烟气中含有SO_(2)和粉尘等污染物,必须进行脱硫除尘处理后才能排放,否则则造成环境污染问题。以太原某建材公司6000万标块煤矸石烧结砖焙烧窑窑尾烟气为案例,采用SDS干法进行脱硫除尘系统研究。结果表明:应用SDS干法脱硫+布袋除尘工艺处理后,焙烧窑窑尾烟气中SO_(2)质量浓度≤33 mg/m^(3),粉尘排放质量浓度≤8 mg/m^(3),符合排放要求。The flue gas temperature at the tail of coal gangue sintered brick roasting kiln is between 190℃ and 230℃.The flue gas contains SO_(2),dust and other pollutants,which must be discharged after desulfurization and dust removal,otherwise it will cause environmental pollution.Taking the tail gas of 60 million standard lump coal gangue sintered brick roasting kiln of a building materials company in Taiyuan as an example,the desulfurization and dust removal system is studied by SDS dry method.The results show that after the treatment of SDS dry desulfurization+bag dust removal process,the SO_(2) concentration in the flue gas at the tail of roasting kiln is≤33 mg/m^(3) and the dust emission concentration is≤8 mg/m^(3),which meets the emission requirements.
