摘　　要：环境影响后评价是环境管理的一部分,是开展建设项目事后监管、实现区域环境质量改善的重要手段,目前国家尚未出台环境影响后评价的技术导则,在一定程度上后评价工作处于处于停滞和混乱状态。以实际工作为基础,对后评价的理论与方法进行了总结、分析,以期为生态影响类项目环境影响后评价提供借鉴。Post environmental impact assessment is a part of environmental management and an important means to carry out post supervision of construction projects and improve regional environmental quality.At present,the state has not issued technical guidelines for post environmental impact assessment,and the post assessment work is in a state of stagnation and confusion to a certain extent.Based on the practical work,this paper summarizes and analyzes the theories and methods of post evaluation,in order to provide reference for the post evaluation of environmental impact of ecological impact projects.
