摘 要:为研究施工缺陷对等截面薄壁空心墩截面构造的影响,将薄壁空心墩简化为不同边界条件的中心压杆,引入初偏心δ作为施工缺陷,计算初偏心影响下的中心压杆失稳临界应力。将薄壁空心墩视为弹性薄板组成的构件,计算受压壁板的局部屈曲临界应力;以整体稳定临界应力小于局部屈曲临界应力为控制条件,推导初偏心作用下薄壁空心墩受压壁板应满足的临界宽厚比(临界厚度)计算公式,并通过算例和有限元分析对文中推导的公式进行了验证。结果表明:采用文中公式计算已知板宽的临界厚度,精度满足工程要求,可供设计过程中拟定空心薄壁墩构造参考。To study the influence of construction defects on the section structure of uniform cross section thin-walled hollow pier,the thin-walled hollow pier is simplified as a central compression bar with different boundary conditions,and the initial eccentricity δ is introduced as the construction defect to calculate the instability critical stress of the central compression bar under the influence of initial eccentricity.Taking the thin-walled hollow pier as a member composed of elastic thin plates,the local buckling critical stress of the compression wall plate is calculated.Taking the overall stability critical stress less than the local buckling critical stress as the control condition,the calculation formula of the critical width thickness ratio(critical thickness)of the compression wall plate of the thin-walled hollow pier under the action of initial eccentricity is deduced.The formula derived in this paper is verified by an example and finite element analysis.The results show that the formula in this paper is used to calculate the critical thickness of the known slab width.And the accuracy meets the engineering requirements,which can be used as a reference for formulating the structure of hollow thin-walled pier in the design process.
