摘  要:钢水包是把钢水由转炉的炉下运输到连铸机钢水包回转台的容器,钢水包的安全可靠是整个炼钢过程的关键环节。钢水包发生事故,1600-1700℃的钢水洒到车间,很容易造成人身或设备的伤害事故,从1996年到2005年钢水包耳轴几次拔出,虽然没有发生大的事故,但是相当危险。我们经过分析发现,耳轴最小过盈量偏小,同时钢水包温度高造成过盈量也相应的减小。在2005年我们在耳轴的内侧增加了一个轴肩,改造后再也没有发生过耳轴拔出的情况。现在大部分钢厂的钢水包耳轴仍然是原来的设计样式,很不安全。希望同行能够借鉴学习。Ladle is a container for transporting molten steel from under the converter to the ladle rotary table of the caster.The safety and reliability of ladle is the key link of the whole steelmaking process.Molten steel ladle accident,the 1600-1700℃molten steel spilled into the workshop,it is easy to cause personal injury or equipment accident,from 1996 to 2005,the ladle trunnion pulled out several times,although there was no major accident,but quite dangerous.After analysis,we found that the minimum interference of trunnion was small and the ladle temperature was high.In 2005,we added a shoulder to the inner side of the trunnion,and it never pulled out again.Now most of the steel ladle trunnion is still the original design style,very unsafe,hope that peers can learn from.
