摘 要:近年来我国金属矿山逐步进军超千米深井开采序列,采矿过程中如遇破碎岩体,在高地应力作用下易造成深部井巷工程持续变形破坏。鑫汇金矿-1070 m巷道围岩破碎、风化严重、稳定性极差,造成巷道的掘进与支护施工难度大、成本高,同时也增加了安全隐患。为此,采用地质雷达探测和钻孔摄像相结合的方式进行了围岩松动圈检测。提出了爆破开挖后及时封闭围岩防止围岩风化的工艺措施,并通过对其施加高预紧力(300 N·m)来实现喷锚网柔性主动支护。同时提出了巷道全断面二次支护方案及措施,通过围岩注浆和协同锚固技术使围岩形成组合拱结构共同抵抗地层压力,保证了支护后期围岩稳定。鑫汇金矿生产实践表明:现场支护结束1 a来,-1070 m巷道完整良好,经济效益显著。In recent years,China′s metal mines have gradually entered the mining sequence of ultra kilometer deep wells.If broken rock mass is encountered in the mining process,it will cause continuous deformation and damage of deep roadway engineering under the action of high ground stress.The surrounding rock of the-1070 m roadway in Xinhui Gold Mine is broken,seriously weathered and extremely poor stability,which not only makes the roadway excavation and support construction difficult and costly,but also increases the potential safety hazards.To solve this problem,the combination of geological radar detection and borehole camera is used to detect the loose zone of surrounding rock.The technological measures of timely sealing the surrounding rock after blasting excavation to prevent weathering of the surrounding rock are put forward,and the effect of flexible active support with shotcrete anchor mesh is realized by applying high preload(300 N·m).At the same time,the full section secondary support scheme and measures of the roadway are put forward.Through the surrounding rock grouting and cooperative anchoring technology,the surrounding rock forms a composite arch structure to jointly resist the formation pressure and ensure the stability control of the surrounding rock in the later stage of support.The production practice results of Xinhui Gold Mine show that one year after the completion of on-site support,-1070 m roadway is intact and in good condition,and the economic benefits remarkable.
