摘 要:充填采矿法在地下铁矿体开采中得到越来越多的应用,目前空场嗣后充填法运行管理主要以“三级矿量”理论为基础,缺少空区维护和充填组织管理,已不能完全涵盖采矿的全过程管理。通过Mathews稳定图法确定采场暴露面积,结合薄板理论,构建采空区顶板—矿柱蠕变损伤力学模型的微分方程,计算空区暴露时间。进一步分析了采场布置、空区暴露面积及时间、充填组织三者相互关系,探求了采场布置、空区及充填组织衔接规律,梳理了从出矿、充填到空区管理的生产管理思路,完善了嗣后充填采矿的全过程管理。Filling mining method is more and more used in the mining of underground iron ore body.At present,the operation and management of open-field subsequent filling method is mainly based on the theory of"three grade reserves".The theory lacks mined-out area maintenance and filling organization management,which cannot fully cover the whole process management of mining.The exposed area of stope was determined by Mathews stability diagram method.Combined with the thin plate theory,and the differential equation of the roof-pillar creep damage mechanical model is constructed to calculate the exposure time of mined-out area.The relationship among stope layout,exposed area and time of mined-out area and filling organization was further analyzed.The convergence rules of stope layout,mined-out area and filling organization were explored,and the production management ideas from mining,filling to mined-out area management were combed,which improved the whole process management of subsequent filling mining.
