摘  要:磁黄铁矿是一种分布广泛、常呈复杂多型产出的铁的硫化物矿物,往往作为与有用矿物紧密共生的含硫杂质矿物存在。不同多型的磁黄铁矿间的结构差异会导致可浮性发生变化,进而影响其浮选行为。通过分析磁黄铁矿的结构特征,总结了常见磁黄铁矿多型的矿物学参数,以及几种磁黄铁矿近似矿物的矿物学特性。结合磁黄铁矿的成分特性,分析了不同多型的磁黄铁矿的可选性差异,结果表明单斜(4C型)磁黄铁矿更容易与黄药结合,“六方”(以5C型为主)磁黄铁矿更容易被氧化,也更容易被Ca^(2+)抑制和被Cu^(2+)活化,当p H>4时,单斜磁黄铁矿较“六方”磁黄铁矿易浮,在较低和较高的p H值下,单斜磁黄铁矿与“六方”磁黄铁矿可浮性均较差,这些性质可以为合理选择浮选药剂与分离流程提供参考。Pyrrhotite is a widely distributed iron sulfide mineral,which is usually outputing by complex polytypes.It often exists as a sulfur-containing impurity mineral closely associated with useful minerals.The structural difference between different polytypes of pyrrhotite leads to the change of floatability,which affects its flotation behavior.By analyzing the structural characteristics of pyrrhotite,summarized the mineralogical parameters of common polytypes of pyrrhotite and the mineralogical characteristics of several species related to pyrrhotite.Combined with the composition characteristics of pyrrhotite,analyze the separating ability differences of different polytypes of pyrrhotite,the result shows that monoclinic pyrrhotite(4C pyrrhotite)is easier to react with xanthate,while“hexagonal”pyrrhotite(mainly 5C pyrrhotite)is easier to be oxidized,inhibited by Ca^(2+)and also activated by Cu^(2+).When p H>4,monoclinic pyrrhotite is easier to float than hexagonal pyrrhotite,and both monoclinic pyrrhotite and hexagonal pyrrhotite have poor floatability at lower and higher p H values,these properties could provide a reference for the rational selection of flotation reagents and separation process.
