摘  要:以石墨尾矿为研究对象,研究石墨尾矿不同掺量对混凝土结构耐久性、抗渗性、收缩性以及受氯离子侵蚀性等特性的影响机制。结果表明:随着石墨尾矿掺量的增加,石墨尾矿混凝土的相对渗透系数呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,且当石墨掺入量超过30%时,石墨改良混凝土的抗渗性能下降。随着石墨尾矿掺量的增大,在取样深度为0~5 mm时混凝土试样中氯离子含量呈现出先增大再减小后增大的变化趋势,在取样深度为5~10 mm和10~15mm时混凝土试样中氯离子含量呈现出逐渐减小的变化趋势,在取样深度为15~20 mm时混凝土试样中氯离子含量呈现出先减小后增大再减小的变化趋势。Taking the graphite tailings as the research object,studies the influence mechanism of different amounts of graphite on the durability,impermeability,shrinkage and corrosion resistance of concrete structures.The results show that with the continuous increase of the graphite substitution rate,the relative permeability coefficient of graphite tailings concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.And when the amount of graphite blended exceeds 30%,the impermeability of graphite-modified concrete will decrease.With the increase of the graphite substitution rate,the chloride ion content in the concrete sample shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing when the sampling depth is 0~5 mm.When the sampling depth is 5~10 mm and 10~15 mm,the chloride ion content in the concrete sample shows a decreasing trend.When the sampling depth is 15~20 mm,the chloride ion content in the concrete sample shows a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing.
