耳穴压豆疗法减轻下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆疗法对减轻下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者疼痛程度的临床效果。方法:选取100例ASO患者为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规疼痛护理,试验组则在对照组基础上增加中医耳穴压豆疗法,比较两组患者护理前后的疼痛程度、血管功能变化、生活质量评分(SF-36量表)和护理满意度。结果:护理结束后,试验组长海痛尺疼痛分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在踝肱指数、血管内径、动脉血流速度的指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SF-36生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于ASO患者而言,在疼痛护理的基础上增加耳穴压豆疗法进行护理,不仅可以明显减轻患者的疼痛程度,还可以改善患者的血管功能,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point pressing bean therapy on reducing the pain of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Method A total of 100 ASO patients were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and a experimental group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with routine pain care,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with TCM ear-point pressing bean therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,vascular function changes,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after care.Results After the nursing,the pain score of Changhaitong ulnar pain of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group was significantly better than the control in comparison of the ankle-brachial index,vascular inner diameter,and arterial blood flow velocity(P<0.05);the SF-36 quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For ASO patients,adding ear-point pressing bean therapy on the basis of pain nursing can not only significantly reduce the pain of the patient,but also improve the vascular function of the patient,improve the patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical care further promotion.
