摘 要:目的:探讨多维度营养风险筛查方法和STRONGkids法在新生儿营养风险筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取162例晚期早产儿和足月新生儿纳入研究,生后1周应用不同方法(多维度营养风险筛查方法、STRONGkids法)评估新生儿营养状况,并比较其一致性;并根据两种方法划分的营养风险组、无营养风险组,分别比较两组血清白蛋白、热卡摄入量。结果:应用多维度营养风险筛查方法、STRONGkids法新生儿营养风险检出率分别为60.5%、58.0%,且早产儿营养风险高于足月儿。两种方法在总体新生儿、早产组、足月组中,其一致性均较高(P<0.05)。用两种营养风险筛查方法划分的营养风险组其客观指标血清白蛋白和热卡摄入量,均显著低于无营养风险组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿存在营养不良风险较高,可用多维度营养风险筛查方法、STRONGkids法评价其营养状态。多维度营养风险筛查方法检出新生儿营养不良风险阳性率高于STRONGkids法。Objective To explore the application value of multi-dimensional nutritional risk screening method and STRONGkids method in neonatal nutritional risk screening.Method A total of 162 preterm and full-term infants were included in this study.Different methods(multi-dimensional nutritional risk screening and STRONGkids method)were used to assess the nutritional status of newborns at 1 week after birth and their consistency was compared.According to the nutritional risk group and no nutritional risk group divided by the two methods,the indicators of serum albumin and calorie intake in the two groups were compared.Results Using the multi-dimensional nutritional risk screening method and the STRONGkids method,the prevalence of neonatal nutritional risk were 60.5%,58.0%,respectively,and nutritional risk of preterm infants was higher than that of fullterm infants.The consistency were higher in the overall neonates,preterm and fullterm groups(P<0.05).The objective indexes of serum albumin and caloric intake in the nutritional risk group divided by the two nutritional risk screening methods were significantly lower than those in the no-nutritional risk group(P<0.05).Conclusion Newborns have a high risk of malnutrition,the multi-dimensional nutritional risk screening method and the STRONGkids method can be used to evaluate their nutritional status.The multi-dimensional nutritional risk screening method had a higher positive rate of neonatal malnutrition than the STRONGkids method.
