摘　　要：“双一流”建设是为提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力而在高等教育领域推行的重大举措。在此背景下,我国医疗事业面临着发展的新机遇,医院对教师、医学生培养,医院如何加强校、院加强“双师型”教师的培养,教师队伍建设提出了更高的要求。通过探讨建设素质优良、结构合理、具有创新精神与创新活力的高水平“双师型”队伍对高校“双一流”战略目标的实施具有非常重要的意义。期望为医学师资队伍培养质量的提高提供一定的理论支持。Objective The construction of"double first-class"is an important measure in the field of higher education to improve the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of China's higher education.In this context,China's medical industry is facing new opportunities for development.Hospitals have put forward higher requirements for the training of teachers and medical students,how hospitals strengthen the training of"double qualified"teachers in schools and colleges,and the construction of teachers.This paper discusses the impact of building a high-level"double qualified"team with excellent quality,reasonable structure,innovative spirit and innovative vitality on colleges and universities The implementation of the strategic goal of"double first-class"is of great significance.It is expected to provide some theoretical support for the improvement of the training quality of medical teachers.
